HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BUCK PALMER PIECES?
When first purchasing these pieces they will arrive bright and shiny, after some time of wear and water exposure the pieces start to have the appearance of a matte finish … we like to think they only get better with age! If however you would like to keep your pieces shiny and bright there are a couple of options:
1. Purchasing a polishing cloth
2. Purchasing a polishing liquid
You can use these every few weeks or months to keep your BUCK PALMER pieces pristine.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS STERLING SILVER?
Yes, all silver products are made from .925 Sterling Silver. However, some products are made from a mixed metal, comprised of Bronze, Copper and Zinc. We also offer some of our products in Gold. Stay glued to the website because these items move fast!
WILL THE CUFFS FIT MY WRIST?
All the cuffs are malleable and fit most wrist sizes. Specific sizes are listed on their respective product pages.

HOW LONG AFTER COMPLETING MY ORDER WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?
This all depends on the availability of the items you choose. If your orders are in stock we aim to have them prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Custom pieces or orders that contain out of stock goods will be dispatched on a case-by-case basis, generally about 2 weeks or more.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed upon checkout, please email email@example.com to enquire. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on where in the world they're going. Domestic shipping in the USA takes approximately 2-4 days, international shipping takes approximately 7-14 days.
DO YOU ONLY STOCK ONLINE / IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN VIEW THE PIECES PRIOR TO PURCHASING ONLINE?

CAN YOU ADJUST MY DECLARED VALUE SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES?
The short answer is "Sorry, no", we must value our packages at the full retail value of the order. We understand that this may result in your local government charging you more upon delivery but unfortunately we cannot dispute this. We risk big fines and potential country wide banning if we do not honestly list the values of our goods. However, we do our best to value all pages at less than their listed retail value.
