HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All applicable orders are delivered for free using an expedited Ground Shipping service unless an upgraded method is chosen at checkout. Depending on your item it can take 3-14 business days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.
Please allow up to 2-3 days for us to receive, process and prepare your order for dispatch**. We do not ship products over the weekend.
Generally speaking, orders received after 1pm (PST) will be sent out on the next business day.
**Products purchased on Public Holidays or over promotional periods are subject to longer processing, fulfilment & delivery periods. It may take up to 14 days for us process your order
WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW? CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
If your item is not in stock or it's a custom/ personalized piece, please allow a minimum of 14 business days for your piece to be crafted and sent.
Once your piece has been created and quality-checked for accuracy, it will be shipped out to you. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping conﬁrmation email that includes your order tracking number. Please use that number to track your package until it reaches your door.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our quality assurance team exacts extensive quality control measures. However, in the case of receiving damaged goods, please reach out to us within 7 days if you discover any damage to the pieces you receive.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY IS CONFIRMED?
If your package is labeled "delivered" by the carrier but it appears to be lost or stolen, please reach out to us and we will endeavor to reach a fair solution. Once the package is delivered, we assume no responsibility for the package. As such, we will assess each missing order on a case-by-case basis.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND FEES?
The payment of all duties and fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
CAN YOU ADJUST MY DECLARED VALUE SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES?
The short answer is "Sorry, no". We do our best to value the packages at a rate that is honest and fair. We risk big fines and potential country wide banning if we do not honestly list the values of our goods. However, we do our best to value all pages at less than their listed retail value.
I MAY HAVE ENTERED AN INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
For us to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information. In the event you provided an incomplete/ incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately and we‘ll quickly work to get your order updated.*Please know it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If the UPS tracking conﬁrms that an order was delivered to the given address, we are unable to re-ship your custom item(s) if it has been lost as a result of a incomplete / incorrect address.
